Job summary

Infinite Resource Solutions, LLC seeks a Service Specialist to support 24/7 building automation across multiple client sites. You will perform inspections, maintenance, and software updates of control systems, troubleshoot outages, and collaborate with project teams during design, installation, and commissioning.

Travel to sites is required; on-call rotation and possible night/weekend shifts. You will configure DDC/PLC/DCS, develop test plans, and help with training documentation.

Qualifications

Proven track record as a Service Specialist in 24/7 operations.
Experience with building automation and control systems.
Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills.

Responsibilities

Perform inspections, maintenance, and software updates of control systems.
Identify malfunctions and implement upgrades to improve efficiency.
Configure DDC/PLC/DCS control algorithms and HMIs.
Onsite startup, commissioning, and testing of projects.
Collaborate with technical teams and client staff during design reviews.
