Temple Health – Temple University Health System is seeking a Transport Coordinator to manage patient intake across Emergency Department, inpatient units, and affiliated clinics around the clock. This role coordinates with multiple hospital teams to assure timely and cost-efficient transfers and placement at the appropriate level of care.

Responsibilities include dispatching transport requests in line with dispatch protocols and serving as a clinical resource for Mission Support Coordinators.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• 1 year experience in a clinical setting, 911 service or inter facility transport with knowledge of emergency medical services.
• Alternatively, RN experience in a hospital setting.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate patient intake from all entry points (ED, inpatient, clinics) 24/7.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure appropriate transfer and placement of patients.
• Dispatch transport requests per established protocols and health system philosophy.
