Responsibilities include supervising staff, budgeting, applying performance standards, and implementing policies aligned with compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or related field.
• Typically requires 5 years in patient access and admitting.
• Includes 1 year of supervisory experience in a multi-department healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes to streamline revenue cycle performance and workflow.
• Communicate with patients, families, and staff to ensure quality and service.
• Survey satisfaction and address concerns to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with departments to standardize policies and processes.
• Serve as liaison to Information Services for PAS software and training.
• Perform HR responsibilities including interviewing, promotions, and staff development.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets within objectives.
