Job summary

You will work with SRE, SiteOps, Facilities, and vendors to ensure rapid incident resolution and proper reporting. Strong communication and runbook discipline are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 1+ year of professional experience in a NOC, SOC, dispatch, or 24/7 operations role.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Staff the console for 24/7 coverage and monitor site health signals.
• Acknowledge alerts within SLA; classify and log disposition.
• Coordinate incident escalation to on-call teams and stakeholders.
• Lead incident communications and maintain real-time timelines.
