Job summary

Radise International LLC in Tampa, FL seeks a Network Engineer I to support installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure for 24/7 operations.

Working under the direction of the Senior Manager of Enterprise Network Services, the Network Engineer will work with switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers, access points, and other network appliances.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT experience providing advanced support for switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers, access points, network appliances.
• Valid Florida Driver License required.
• Cisco CCIE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware and software.
• Design, build, and implement LAN, WLAN, and WAN infrastructure.
• Configure and support switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers, and access points.
• Monitor network and system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain reliability.
• Serve as an escalation point for unresolved network-related incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operating system and application-related issues affecting network operations.
• Support backup and recovery processes to maintain business continuity.
• Assist with evaluating and recommending hardware and software solutions.
• Identify and help remediate network vulnerabilities and security issues.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams and provide professional customer support.

Education

Associate's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field
