Job summary

Arconic is seeking an Operations Leader for the Cold Mill Department in Lancaster, PA. You will provide leadership to Production Teams and Shift Coordinators to meet production targets in a continuous improvement environment, ensuring a safe and productive workplace under the Superintendent's direction.

You will coach staff, manage performance, assist in hiring/training, and ensure compliance with employment laws and Arconic policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience or 2 years of project management experience.
• 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to safely produce high-quality products.
• Coach employees for effectiveness, efficiency and safety; correct behaviors as needed.
• Ensure team performance targets align with department/plant objectives and communicate them.
