Job summary
Georgia Pacific is seeking Production Manufacturing Technicians for the Dixie site in Jackson, TN. Join a 24/7 operation with rotating shifts and opportunities for advancement as you help produce quality end products.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of equipment operation experience, and proficiency with basic computer devices. Training will occur on day shift with potential rotation to other shifts.
Qualifications
- Operate/maintain equipment to defined standards and product specification targets.
- Monitor and/or enter data into technology devices (computer/tablet).
- Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
- Perform basic asset care duties including routine preventative maintenance.
- Work as a team to meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
