Georgia-Pacific in Bowling Green, KY is hiring a Manufacturing Technician on Nights to join the Dixie team. The role offers a climate-controlled environment with opportunities for advancement and a 12-hour schedule. The position pays $23.11 per hour with an additional $2.00 per hour shift differential for the night shift.

You will operate equipment, monitor control systems, troubleshoot issues, and support safety and quality goals while handling physical tasks on a heavy-duty line.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience operating and/or maintaining machines or equipment.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets.
• Monitor and/or enter data into computer control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
• Perform basic asset care duties including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning.
• Work as a team to meet production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
• Operate around mobile equipment and adhere to safety rules.
• Lift up to 60-80 lbs and work on a 12-hour night shift when required.
