Job summary

Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC in Northeast Ohio is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all production activities and ensure 24/7 operations run efficiently.

You will coordinate with the project engineer on new installations, supervise maintenance, and drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and safety across the plant.

Bachelor’s degree required; 5–7 years in production/manufacturing/project management preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/training.
• Prefer 5-7 years production/manufacturing/project management experience.
• Must be proficient in reading, schematics, drawings and blue print

Responsibilities

• Will ensure 24/7 operation is run in an efficient optimum manner.
• Will co-ordinate and work with Project engineer on new installations and projects.
• Will ensure the maintenance and upkeep of all machines.
• Motivate and organize skilled personnel to continually improve all production processes, minimize downtime and maximize output, efficiency and quality.
• Further the skills of department personnel through evaluation, training and support.
• Spearhead the evaluation of current manufacturing systems for efficiency, productivity and quality and recommend strategic improvements.
• Maintain all Quality and Safety standards are being followed throughout the production process.
• Assist/manage the maintenance mechanics with troubleshooting and technical support by using prior knowledge, education, research or networking.
• Will ensure that all production employee follow all safety rules and procedures and work in a safe manner.
