Job summary

Envolve Community Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work at New Zion/Clear Horizon in Shreveport, LA. The technician will repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks and perform basic carpentry to maintain landscaping and units.

The ideal candidate has HVAC knowledge with 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience, preferably in the apartment industry.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has HVAC knowledge with 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience, preferably in the apartment industry.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Background screening and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks and basic carpentry as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and forms documenting maintenance operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
