Job summary

Envolve Community Management seeks a Maintenance Technician to service New Zion/Clear Horizon in Shreveport, LA. Responsibilities include repairing appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, plumbing, and basic carpentry, with a focus on preventive maintenance and thorough documentation.

The ideal candidate has HVAC knowledge with 3+ years of experience, must be able to lift heavy equipment, and be available for emergency calls 24/7. Background screening and drug testing are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge with 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience, preferably in apartment communities.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24/7.
• Background Screening and Drug Test Required

Responsibilities

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks and basic carpentry.
• Perform preventive maintenance as needed.

Currently,Envolve is searching for a Maintenance Technician to work atNew Zion/Clear Horizon in Shreveport, LA.

Duties:

• Must possess the ability and tools to repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and any general maintenance repairs that may arise.
• Knowledge to perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.
• A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidate has HVAC knowledge with (3) plus years of Maintenance Technician experience. Preferably in the apartment industry.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• This candidate must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Background Screening and Drug Test Required
