United Regional Health Care System Inc. seeks an entry-level IT help desk professional to be the first point of contact for staff and patients, handling IT/EMR related inquiries by phone, email, or ticketing systems.

The role requires strong communication, calm performance under pressure, and the ability to work a 24x7 rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training will cover ServiceNow processes and hospital-specific systems.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Experience with IT systems, EMR platforms, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and remote support tools.
• Experience with paging and alarm monitoring equipment.
• Willingness to work a 24x7x365 rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Responds to user inquiries and provides first-level resolutions for IT/EMR issues.
• Diagnoses and resolves login, connectivity, and hardware/software problems.
• Creates, updates, and tracks service desk tickets in ServiceNow.
• Delivers courteous customer service to patients, families, and staff.
• Manages emergency communications, overhead paging, and alert monitoring.
• Maintains documentation of interactions and supports system training and onboarding.
• Assists in process improvements and reporting for IT/EMR services.
