Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in utility-scale power generation or related environments.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing control room personnel.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functional disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale the Integrated Operations Center.
- Provide day-to-day leadership of a 24/7 control room.
- Ensure compliance with NERC reliability standards and ERCOT operating requirements.
