Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a Security Operations professional to monitor access control, alarms, and surveillance across facilities. You will review threat reports, coordinate security responses, and escalate incidents to management as needed.

The role requires strong communication and the ability to work with law enforcement. Must hold a valid driver's license with a good driving record; First aid/CPR/AED certification or ability to certify within 30 days is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Prior public safety or security officer work preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem solving; able to de-escalate situations.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching, access control, alarm and surveillance monitoring.
• Review threat reports and assist security operations and law enforcement.
• Troubleshoot and report on door control systems; act as SME for SOC.
• Coordinate responses to incidents and escalate as needed.
• Maintain logs, reports and notices; ensure compliance with policies.
• Support maintenance of security systems and mass notification processes.
