Job summary
CoreWeave is seeking an Operations Manager for the Fleet Reliability Operations team to maintain and scale our server fleet. You will lead a 24/7 team focused on reliability and observability, socializing clear processes for provisioning, validation and troubleshooting of nodes, and driving automation improvements to reduce manual work.
You will oversee onboarding, enablement and performance management, while fostering a collaborative culture that supports peers and leadership.
Qualifications
- Seven or more years in software or infrastructure engineering, with at least two years in a leadership capacity.
- Background includes SRE fundamentals, incident management, blameless culture, observability, and change management.
- Believes in automation and will champion practices that drive reliability and cross-team processes and tooling.
- Enjoys helping people and extending influence to partners, peers, and senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a 24/7 team of reliability and observability engineers.
- Socialize and document clear provisioning, validation and troubleshooting processes for server nodes.
- Advocate for process and automation improvements with event-driven remediation as a goal.
- Provide a 24/7 engineering support function for high-criticality node delivery and maintenance.
- Lead onboarding, documentation, enablement and performance management for team growth.
- Shape culture and scorekeeping in communications and cross-team support.
