Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building operations, fire systems, or related engineering roles.
• Experience in a facility of at least 2 million square feet.
• Strong understanding of life-safety codes and building operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fire-life safety systems and coordinate emergency responses.
• Alert the Engineering Team of any issues immediately.
• Work with subcontractors during inspections, testing, and maintenance.
