Complete Building Services is hiring Fire Control Center Engineers for a large facility in NW Washington. The Fire Control Engineer is responsible for continuously monitoring a building's fire‑life safety systems and coordinating emergency responses and maintenance activities. The fire panels are monitored 24/7, including weekends and holidays.

Shift Schedule

Day, Second, and Third shifts (Monday – Friday and weekends).

Responsibilities

• Alert the Engineering Team immediately upon recognition of a problem.
• Work in conjunction with the Fire and Life Safety subcontractor, Generator subcontractor, and Elevator Mechanics during inspections, testing, and maintenance of any systems or related equipment.
• Support inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire suppression, detection, and life‑safety systems.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in building operations, fire systems, or related engineering roles.
• 3+ years experience in a similar sized facility (2 million sq. ft. plus).
• Familiarity with fire alarm systems, life‑safety codes, and building operations.
• Strong communication and situational awareness.
• OSHA Safety training.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
