Job summary

Florence Copper is seeking a Drilling Services Operator to support drilling operations under the Drilling Superintendent. You will move supplies, operate equipment, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot to keep drill services running smoothly.

The role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work in varied weather conditions; CDL is a plus. You will help maintain safety standards and coordinate with the drilling team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in rig operations and maintenance.
• Experience in heavy equipment operations including water trucks, vac trucks and telehandlers.
• Mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting repairs.

Responsibilities

• Move supplies and operate equipment in support of ongoing drilling operations.
• Support drilling operations while maintaining a safe work environment and follow all standards, policies and procedures, including OSHA standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs and troubleshoot on drill services equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize mobile equipment including a water truck, vacuum truck, telehandler, and other commercial vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Coordinate activities with other team members effectively.
