Job summary

Rivers Casino is seeking a Facilities Manager responsible for overseeing the entire Facilities Department 24/7. The ideal candidate will develop maintenance schedules, manage staff, and ensure compliance with various safety regulations.

This role requires at least 5 years of facilities maintenance management experience, preferably within a similar environment. Emphasis will be on leadership, communication skills, and knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of facilities maintenance management experience in a complex ‘24/7’ environment.
• Thorough knowledge of life safety, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Sound judgment and ability to perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire Facilities Department on a 24-hour basis.
• Develop and implement an annual preventive maintenance schedule.
• Manage team member counseling and documentation processes.
