Qualifications

• Progressive experience in facilities management and operations.
• Experience leading 24/7 facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems.
• Experience managing vendors, service contracts, and capital planning.
• Ability to develop safety programs and manage operating budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a 24/7 facilities and maintenance operation.
• Develop staffing, scheduling, and on-call coverage for continuous operations.
• Recruit, coach, and develop facilities teams and trades personnel.
• Establish performance standards for safety, response times, and service quality.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Oversee CMMS, work orders, asset records, and facility performance data.
• Manage contractors and vendor relationships to ensure quality and scope.
