Job summary

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Duty Officer to provide onsite support for a 24/7 Emergency Operations Center (EOC). The role will triage and track emergency communications, support IMS responses, and participate in drills and activations.

This is a 100% in-person position in Atlanta, GA; telework may be allowed occasionally with approval. The Duty Officer will maintain shift-change logs, support COOP activities, and ensure quality in reporting and logging.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for Public Trust clearance.
• BA/BS in Public Health or equivalent; 2+ years experience or 5+ years in an EOC.
• Advanced communication skills for briefings and cross‑team coordination.
• Attention to detail and proofreading to identify gaps.
• Ability to multitask in emergency situations.
• Flexibility and urgency with strong leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Triage and log emergency information per SOPs; notify partners.
• Track RFIs, RFAs, and RFRs; coordinate with task forces.
• Lead shift briefs and maintain EOC call logs.
• Support drills, training, and COOP activities.
• Assist with IMS responses through tracking and meetings.
• Update contact lists and protocols for triage.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports.
• Provide support during extended hours during emergencies.
