Job summary

Science Applications International Corp. seeks an Enterprise Operations Center Supervisor in Washington, D.C., at the Department of Transportation Headquarters.

The role supports 24/7 monitoring of critical systems using standard incident management processes and coordinates with DOT Tier III teams and external vendors. The candidate will perform real‑time monitoring, respond to alerts, generate communications, and document RCA information to improve outage responses and knowledge management

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience providing support to an enterprise operation center.
• 4+ years of related experience providing support to an enterprise operation center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to events and emails from automated tools and outside groups.
• Provide proactive console monitoring of infrastructure and systems in near real time.
• Monitor systems, coordinate resolutions, and apply standard incident management procedures.
• Escalate to DOT Tier III teams and external vendors as needed.
• Generate incident communications and status reports.
• Document Root Cause Analyses and maintain knowledge repository.
