Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in help desk or support role
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Strong written communication and multitasking
• US citizenship with eligibility for Secret clearance
• IAT I cert (A+ or Network+) or ability to obtain in 3 months

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support through customer tickets with timely resolutions
• Troubleshoot issues remotely using dashboards and AI tools
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, efficiency, and CX
• Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to knowledge base
• Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies
• Note: 24x7x365 help desk; weekends/holidays may be required
