Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking a DevOps Engineer to provide Tier I/II support for an integrated watchfloor capability in a 24/7/365 environment. You will act as SPOC between the service provider and operational users, log incidents, perform initial diagnosis, and strive for first-contact resolution while documenting steps for the knowledge base.

Formación

• Four (4) years' experience with software and system deployments, Linux system admin, containerization, cloud deployments, DevSecOps.
• Recent experience within the last three (3) years in Kubernetes.
• Recent experience within the last three (3) years in cluster orchestration.
• Recent experience within the last three (3) years containerization.
• Operating Systems & Administration.
• Linux system administration (RHEL / CentOS, etc.).
• Scripting with Python / Bash.
• Containerization & Orchestration:
• Experience with Docker.
• Recent (within 3 years) hands-on work with Kubernetes and cluster orchestration
• Cloud & DevSecOps:
• Cloud deployment experience.
• Familiarity with security-focused DevOps practices.
• Be available for 24/7 call-in support for operational system critical discrepancies
• Active IAT II CWIP / DoD 8570 compliant cert (i.e., Security+) AND CCNA certification

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier I/II support for 24/7/365 watchfloor operations; act as SPOC between service provider and users.
• Perform initial diagnosis using knowledge bases and incident models; strive for first-contact resolution.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to Tier II per procedures; maintain incident status communication.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to expand the knowledge base.
• Coordinate rotating 12-hour shifts (0500 and 1700) on a two-week rotation schedule.
