Job summary

Erias Ventures seeks a DevOps Engineer to provide Tier I/II support for watchfloor operations in a 24/7 environment. You will act as the SPOC between the service provider and users, recording incidents, performing initial diagnosis, and escalating unresolved issues per procedures.

You will maintain status updates, document resolution steps, and participate in rotating 12-hour shifts. A Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or CS; four years' experience may substitute the degree.
• MS in Engineering or CS may substitute two years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I/II support for watchfloor in a 24/7 environment.
• Serve as SPOC between service provider and users; log, categorize, and prioritize incidents.
• Diagnose using knowledge bases; attempt first-contact resolution; escalate as needed.
• Maintain incident communications and document troubleshooting steps.
• Shift rotations with 12-hour coverage schedules.
