You will manage incident response, DCIM governance, and lifecycle upgrades with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style.

The role requires deep experience in data center operations, ITSM tools like ServiceNow, and ITIL-aligned practices, plus the ability to present

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data center operations, infrastructure engineering, or IT operations.
• 5+ years leading multidisciplinary teams in 24/7 environments.
• Hands-on data center infrastructure knowledge: servers, network, storage, power, cooling.
• Experience with DCIM and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Experience with IT security requirements: ATO, POA&M remediation and patching.
• Strong executive communication; comfortable presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7 data center operations and incident response.
• Maintain DCIM as the single source of truth for assets and layouts.
• Oversee platform infrastructure decommissioning and modernization.
• Direct Data Center and Cloud Engineering, including CFD simulations and design reviews.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL practices, VA Handbooks, ISO 27001.
• Present decision-ready status, risks, and recommendations to executives.
