Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of root cause analysis and process design experience.
• Experience managing safety programs in manufacturing or high-hazard environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field, plus 7+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day safety operations at an advanced assembly site, ensuring program execution and compliance.
• Develop and implement safety programs for complex automated systems and high-energy testing areas.
