Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC, operating as The Intrepid Group, seeks a Critical Infrastructure Maintenance Manager to oversee 24/7 facilities systems including power, chilled water, HVAC, and large-scale equipment, ensuring reliability and uptime.

You will lead maintenance teams, develop plans, enforce EHS standards, handle emergencies, and coordinate with operations and engineering to improve long-term infrastructure performance.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience prioritizing and managing maintenance work plans across 24/7 environments.
• Proven track record implementing EHS practices in operational settings.
• Experience operating power generation, chilled water, HVAC, and large mechanical/electrical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage facilities maintenance operations within a 24/7 critical infrastructure environment
• Develop and execute daily, weekly, monthly maintenance work plans to ensure reliability
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors ensuring safety and quality
• Oversee operation and maintenance of power generation, chilled water, HVAC, and related equipment
• Ensure EHS practices across all activities and areas
• Respond to outages and emergencies with urgency and technical expertise
• Monitor performance and coordinate preventive/predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Maintain compliance with codes and organizational policies
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership to improve reliability
• Manage maintenance documentation and status reporting
