Yulista is seeking an experienced Utility Operator to monitor and maintain the Central Utility Plant (CUP) and facility-wide systems. The role supports Stationary Engineers and Boiler Operators, performing rounds and troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, and life-safety issues to ensure continuous hospital operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of healthcare or industrial experience, a high school diploma or higher, and a valid driver's license.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a healthcare or industrial setting.
• High school diploma/GED or higher.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Preferred Boiler Operator certification or BOC.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, and plumbing principles.

Mansioni

• Assist engineers in repair, overhaul, and maintenance of HVACR, steam, and high‑pressure gas systems.
• Perform regular facility rounds to detect malfunctions in electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Take water samples and run simple tests for boiler feed water and closed‑loop HVAC systems.
• Service pumps, valves, AHUs, and cooling towers; perform lubrication and belt replacements.
• Log rounds and maintenance activities using DMLSS/LogiCole; document work performed.
