Qualifications

• Must hold NJ driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Patrol university buildings and grounds and adjacent public areas; investigate and prepare reports.
• Make arrests, process individuals, and testify in court or university investigations.
• Notify superiors of major crimes and provide directions to guests and visitors; respond to emergencies.
• Assist in training new officers; inspect equipment; participate in safety-related events and seminars.
• Attend departmental in-service training and be ready for details or recalls during emergencies.
• Support law enforcement efforts in Hoboken and surrounding areas per mutual aid.
