Job summary

REACH Medical Holdings is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering and Maintenance team supporting emergency air medical operations. You will perform inspections, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain helicopters and airplanes to ensure airworthiness and readiness for mission-critical flights.

Collaborate with pilots, flight nurses, and operations; complete documentation per FAA regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications

Experience performing routine and unscheduled maintenance on rotor-wing and fixed-wing aircraft.
Knowledge of FAA Part 135 or similar airworthiness requirements.
Ability to read maintenance manuals and diagrams with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure airworthiness and mission readiness.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, avionics, and structural issues using manuals and data.
Conduct pre-flight/post-flight inspections and document discrepancies.
Interpret FAA regulations and company procedures for all work performed.
Complete logs, work orders, and parts records accurately in digital systems.
Coordinate with pilots, flight nurses, operations, and dispatch to minimize downtime.
