Job summary

Logic Staffing in Greer, SC seeks a Team Lead to guide a fast-paced warehouse team handling automotive parts, industrial goods, and mixed cargo.

You will train associates, monitor productivity, and ensure accurate stock and paperwork while maintaining safety and efficiency. This full-time role follows a Wed–Fri 6:00am–6:00pm schedule, with benefits after training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail to help manage paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Train new associates on work processes, procedures, and equipment, ensuring proper understanding and compliance.
• Provide associates with clear and constructive feedback on their performance.
• Monitor work performance and productivity, identifying changes that may impact daily output.
• Inspect work equipment for shortages, damage, or maintenance needs and report to management.
• Ensure all required documents are completed and signed accurately for recordkeeping.
• Inspect outgoing stock to ensure products are accurate and in good condition.
• Conduct timely inventory counts and reconcile stock levels with records.
• Follow company policies and consult management as needed to address concerns.

Job Description

1. Train new associates on work processes, procedures, and equipment, ensuring proper understanding and compliance.
2. Provide associates with clear and constructive feedback on their performance.

5. Ensure all required documents are completed and signed accurately for proper recordkeeping.
6. Inspect outgoing stock to ensure all products are accurate, complete, and in good condition.
7. Conduct timely inventory counts and reconcile stock levels with inventory records to prevent discrepancies and mix-ups.
8. Follow company policies and procedures and consult management as needed to address operational concerns.

Position Requirements

1. The warehouse is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.
2. Strong computer skills and attention to detail to help manage the large volume of paperwork involved.
3. Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
