Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is seeking entry level and experienced security officers for Osceola, Indiana for a temporary assignment up to 30 days. Pay is $22 per hour and shifts run evenings and weekends with varying schedules.

Valid driver’s license required for company vehicle use on site. The role offers training and opportunities to support ongoing security operations across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with security equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail

• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screening and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
• Report any facility issues
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations

$22 per hour . Temporary Assignment - Up to 30 days

*Must have valid Drivers License for use of company vehicle while on site.

Position 1: Sunday/Monday/Tuesday 6pm to 6am (36 hrs) with a first week schedule being Monday 11/2 through Sunday 11/8 from 11pm to 7am.

Position 2: Thursday/Friday/Saturday 6pm to 6am (36 hrs) with a first week schedule being Monday 11/2 through Sunday 11/8 from 3pm to 11pm.

Position 3: Saturday/Sunday 6am to 6pm & Wednesday 6pm to 6am (36 hrs) with a first week schedule being Tuesday 11/3 through Sunday 11/8 from 7am to 3pm.

Note: To reduce overtime needs, some of the first week’s shifts may be assigned to other available personnel as needed.
