Job summary

Per Mar Security Services in Minnesota is hiring part-time security officers to monitor and protect premises. The role offers evening and weekend shifts, including Saturday and Sunday, with a pay rate of $16 per hour.

You'll perform door and window checks, deter rule violations, respond to incidents, and coordinate with emergency personnel as needed. Benefits include daily pay, uniforms at no deposit, and 401K/benefits; prior security experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Familiarity with security equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process and background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
• Request emergency personnel for high risk situations.
