Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have the ability to learn the operation of equipment and technology.
• Reports to the School Principal and/or Program Directors and Teachers.
• Position aims to assist the teacher in providing a well-organized, smoothly functioning classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Making instructional materials and aids.
• Escort students to and from lunchroom and assist with lunchroom duties.
• Run errands and perform miscellaneous chores.
• Type master copies, tests and reports; keep records of dues, fees and school supplies.
• Request and distribute supplies.
• Assist with library duties.
• Keep lab orderly and clean; create posters and bulletin boards.
• Support teachers by integrating lab activities with classroom instruction and researching suitable software.
