Bluebonnet Trails Community Services is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 10-bed behavioral health care unit in Round Rock, Texas. This Registered Nurse (RN) will perform professional nursing duties in a 10-bed, 48‑hour behavioral health care unit. Responsibilities include nursing triage and assessment upon admission, medication administration and monitoring, education regarding diagnosis, and providing RN delegation and training to support staff. The RN will assess and complete nursing care plans, communicate findings with the treatment team, and document services in accordance with accepted legal and ethical nursing standards. The RN must be able to communicate effectively with diverse cultures and socio‑economic populations. The position requires a 12‑hour day shift with rotating weekends, with the ability to create a personalized block schedule.
The RN is directed and supervised by the Director of Nursing for clinical matters (medications, pharmacy, injections, genetic testing, phlebotomy, laboratory matters, and clinical assessments) and by the Center Director for administrative matters (time off, scheduling, office flow). Personnel concerns are addressed in coordination with both directors.

Hourly Salary Range: $56.41 – $68.66 per hour
