Job summary

Onsight Healthcare is seeking energetic individuals to join our Hospitality and Valet Team at Hackettstown Medical Center. You will greet patients, help with mobility needs, park and retrieve vehicles, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment in an outdoor setting.

Base pay starts at $16.00 per hour with benefits. The role requires a valid in-state driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to stand and walk for long periods in varied weather. Shifts are Mon-Fri, 8:00am–4:00pm.

Qualifications

Shift Details

Minimum Qualifications

• Over the age of 18 years old
• Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
• High school Diploma or GED

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional valet and customer service for patients and guests, primarily entailing the parking and retrieval of vehicles with urgency and operational efficiency, while ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles
• This role will require continuous physical engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements including severe heat, cold weather, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather
• Physical involvement will include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patient’s vehicle, all while delivering outstanding customer service
• Daily use of apps/technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics
• Actively maintain a clean and professional work environment and deliver first-class customer service
