Job summary

Onsight Healthcare at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, NJ, is hiring a Full-Time Valet Team Member. You will greet patients and guests, provide parking and retrieval services with urgency, and ensure safety of people and vehicles while delivering first-class customer service.

The role requires 18+, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, 2+ years of in-person customer service, outdoor work, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Over 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of in-person customer service experience.
• Comfortable working outdoors for the full shift.
• Must have a valid in-state driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors and staff with warmth and empathy.
• Provide valet parking and vehicle retrieval with urgency and safety.
• Assist guests with parking equipment, kiosks, or wayfinding as needed.
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment and log vehicle records.
• Support mobility needs with wheelchair and escort services when required.
• Adhere to site rules and traffic laws while delivering service.
