The work is project based and will afford the intern contact with personnel from various disciplines within SC Johnson. The assignment that will be given to interns is driven by critical business needs that the organization has at the time of the internship. All positions will provide interns with the opportunity to gain valuable experience while working closely with knowledgeable professionals and getting exposure to executive management. Internship project assignments typically include positions in areas such as Marketing, Research, Development & Engineering (RD&E), Finance/Accounting, IT or Supply Chain. This internship is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a global company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**Project-Based Work:*** Engage in assignments driven by critical business needs.* Work on progressive projects that increase in complexity year-over-year.**Cross-Functional Exposure:*** Collaborate with professionals across various disciplines such as Finance, Research, Development & Engineering, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Marketing.* Gain exposure to executive management and leadership.**Professional Development:*** Receive training, coaching, and mentorship.* Develop critical thinking and time management skills.* Build business acumen and career-specific competencies.**Career Pathway:*** The TOPS Program leads into our functional internship program once you’re in your junior year of college.
