Job summary

SC Johnson's TOPS internship offers a project-based experience across Marketing, RD&E, Finance/Accounting, IT or Supply Chain with exposure to executive management. Interns gain hands-on experience while collaborating with diverse professionals in a global company.

Open to current juniors or seniors pursuing a 4-year degree, interns work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks and may receive development opportunities. This position is not remote.

Qualifications

• Alignment with a career interest that SCJ roles support (i.e. Marketing, RD&E, Finance/Accounting, IT or Supply Chain).
• New members to TOPS must be a current junior or senior and attend a City of Racine high school.
• Must be pursuing a 4-year degree at college or university.
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Project-Based Work: Engage in assignments driven by critical business needs. Work on progressive projects that increase in complexity year-over-year.
• Cross-Functional Exposure: Collaborate with professionals across various disciplines such as Finance, Research, Development & Engineering, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Marketing. Gain exposure to executive management and leadership.
• Professional Development: Receive training, coaching, and mentorship. Develop critical thinking and time management skills. Build business acumen and career-specific competencies.
