Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Growth internship candidate for a 10-week summer program, in-person across multiple cities, including Orlando. You will work with sales and client teams to learn how opportunities are identified and how solutions are crafted for clients.

The role focuses on business development, client relationships, and turning client needs into sellable solutions while gaining exposure to live event operations and professional development.

Qualifications

• Majors in Business, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, Sales, or related programs.
• College degree progress between Dec 2026 and May 2027 is expected.
• Interest in sales, client relationships, and growth opportunities.

Summary

TFC Summer Internship Experience - May 24th to July 30th

Are you a student interested in sales, building client relationships, and partnering with clients to bring incredible live experiences to life? Join The Freeman Company for a 10-week summer internship experience where you'll gain hands-on exposure to the live events industry. You'll contribute to real projects, learn alongside industry professionals, build your network, and participate in professional development throughout the summer. As an intern within Growth, you'll work alongside our sales and client teams to learn how Freeman identifies new opportunities, develops solutions, builds lasting client relationships, and grows our business.

Depending on your role, you may support:

• Business Development: Help identify new clients and opportunities, build sales pipelines, and develop solutions that connect client needs with The Freeman Company's services
• Client Relationships: Support teams responsible for strengthening existing client partnerships, retaining business, and identifying opportunities to expand the services we provide
• Client Solutions: Work alongside sales, operations, and delivery teams to help turn client needs into solutions that can be successfully sold and delivered

This position will support Growth teams. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of:

• Dallas, TX
• Washington, DC
• Las Vegas, NV
• Orlando, FL

What We're Looking For

We're looking for students who are excited by technology, enjoy hands-on environments, and want to explore a career in live event production. Ideal candidates are:

• Completing their college degree or program between December 2026 and May 2027
• Majors in Business, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, Sales, or related programs
• Interested in sales, business development, client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities
• Strong communicators who enjoy building relationships, collaborating, and solving problems
• Comfortable analyzing information, managing multiple priorities, and working across teams
• Motivated to learn how The Freeman Company wins new business, grows existing accounts, and delivers solutions for clients
