Textron Systems, Hunt Valley, MD, is seeking a 2027 Systems Engineer (Uncrewed Land & Air) for an entry-level role. You’ll contribute to the full lifecycle of complex systems, collaborate across disciplines, and gain hands-on experience with mentorship and development opportunities.

Ideal candidates have a degree in engineering or related fields and MBSE experience, with travel up to 15%. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in systems engineering, electrical, mechanical, CS, software engineering, or related field.
• Experience with DOORS, JIRA, MagicDraw (or equivalent) and model-based systems engineering is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 15%
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain a security clearance

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

• Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, software engineering, or another physical science.
• Experience with DOORS, JIRA, MagicDraw (or equivalent) and model-based systems engineering are pluses
• Ability to travel up to 15%
• This position requires an individual to be a U.S citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance

Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs.
