Textron Systems in Hunt Valley, MD is seeking an entry-level Systems Engineer (Uncrewed Land & Air) to contribute to real projects from day one, with mentorship and cross-functional exposure. You’ll perform requirements analysis, develop architecture models, and support integration and test of system components using MBSE tools such as DOORS, JIRA and MagicDraw.
Travel up to 15% and US citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance are required.

Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is
$99,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year.
