Northrop Grumman is seeking Systems Engineers for an internship opportunity. This position will be located at our Mission Systems Sector in McClellan, CA.

Basic Qualifications

• Be a student who is enrolled full‑time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full time in Fall 2027.
• Be majoring in computer engineering or a closely related degree.
• Be available to work full‑time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027.
• Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre‑requisite)
• The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher

Signal Processing Intern Pay Range

• Bachelor’s: $21.50 to $39.00 per hour
• Master’s: $30.50 to $48.00 per hour

Campusjobs Primary Level Salary Range

• $21.50 - $39.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
