WSFS Bank invites ambitious college students to join its 2027 Summer Internship Program in Technology Project Management. This paid 10-week internship provides hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, and real project work across the bank’s technology and operations teams.

The Technology Project Management Intern will support the PMO with project planning, status reporting, risk tracking, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with HS diploma or equivalent.
• Completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Reliable transportation and able to work on-site up to 5 days.

Responsibilities

• Support the PMO in coordinating technology initiatives through planning, meetings, and reporting.
• Assist with risk tracking, governance processes, and documentation management.
• Develop and present presentations and reports; contribute to process improvements.
• Complete a capstone project and collaborate across Technology & Operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to build your skills, expand your professional network, and explore rewarding career paths with one of the region’s leading financial institutions.Technology Project Management - Intern will support the PMO in coordinating technology initiatives through project planning, meeting facilitation, status reporting, documentation management, process improvement, and the development of presentations and reports. Working under the guidance of the PMO Manager, the intern will gain hands-on experience in project management, including risk and issue tracking, stakeholder communication, governance processes, and industry best practices while completing assigned projects and tasks.
