Job summary

WSFS Bank in Wilmington, DE invites ambitious college students to the 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid, 10‑week program offers meaningful project work, one‑on‑one mentorship, executive exposure, professional development, volunteer activities, networking with interns and leaders, and collaboration across bank departments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Business-related or related college major preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027.
• Reliable transportation required.
• In-person and virtual interview availability required.
• On-site orientation with Human Resources required.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site, 40 hours per week, June to August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication required.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, organizational skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
