Job summary

Bath Iron Works, part of General Dynamics Marine Systems, offers a summer internship for engineering students in the Planning department. The program provides meaningful work on budgets, work orders, and production planning with a focus on on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support budget and control account plans, work orders and flow disruption responses.
• Assist with production control staffing and new work order creation.
• Prepare weekly metrics and FEPA documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timeliness.

Part of General Dynamics Marine Systems, Bath Iron Works is a full service shipyard specializing in the design, building and support of complex surface combatants for the U.S. Navy. Required/Preferred Education/Training
