About Mary Kay Package Engineering

As a Package Engineering Intern, you'll gain hands‑on experience supporting the development, testing, and implementation of packaging solutions for new and existing products. Working alongside experienced engineers and cross‑functional partners, you'll build a strong foundation in packaging materials, package testing, manufacturing processes, and product commercialization.

Throughout the internship, you'll have the opportunity to strengthen your technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills while contributing to meaningful projects that support product quality, innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. By the end of the program, you'll have a well‑rounded understanding of package engineering and practical experience applying engineering principles to real‑world business challenges.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and enrolled in an accredited university program at the time of application (full‑time undergraduate or part‑time/full‑time graduate students). Rising juniors and seniors preferred

Preferred Degrees: Package Engineering, Packaging Science

We offer a 10‑week internship from late June to Mid‑August

All our internships are paid, starting at $20/hour.

Our internships are Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, and require an in‑office presence 4‑5 days per week.

Our internships are located at our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or our Manufacturing/ R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX.
