Textron, headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Summer Intern in Internal Communications to gain hands-on experience on real projects. You will collaborate with seasoned professionals, support storytelling, and help promote business updates across the organization.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a relevant degree, have a 3.0+ GPA, and can commit to June 1–August 6, 2027. The role offers mentorship, training, and a prepaid stipend as part of a paid 10-week summer internship.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or English, or a closely related required
• Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2027) or prior Bell internship experience
• 3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA strongly preferred
• Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1, 2027 - August 6, 2027

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of communications strategies.
• Conduct interviews and work with stakeholders to promote business updates, employee contributions, organizational changes and other topics through storytelling.
• Collect data and develop reports using information gathered through research and review of applicable tools and methods.
• Assist with virtual and in-person events as needed.

Day in the Life of an Internal Communications Intern

• We are looking for curious, adaptable, and self-driven individuals with a passion to innovate. No matter where you are in the company you are critical to the success of Bell. As an Internal Communications Intern at Bell, you can expect to:
