Job summary

Bell Textron Inc. in Fort Worth is seeking an Internal Communications Intern to support development and execution of communications strategies.

You will conduct interviews, promote updates through storytelling, and gather data to create reports for leadership and teams. The role requires pursuing a Bachelor’s in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or English, with at least 60 credits completed by June 1, 2027, and a 3.0 GPA.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or English.
• Minimum 60 college credits completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2027) or prior Bell internship experience.
• GPA 3.0 minimum; undergraduate GPA strongly preferred.
• Able to complete the full 10 weeks of the internship (June 1, 2027 – August 6, 2027).

Day in the Life of an Internal Communications Intern

• We are looking for curious, adaptable, and self‑driven individuals with a passion to innovate. Bring your experience and ideas to help us ensure the growth of our company by supporting the manufacturing and creation of our aircraft. No matter where you are in the company you are critical to the success of Bell. As an Internal Communications Intern at Bell, you can expect to:
• Contribute to the development and execution of communications strategies.
• Conduct interviews and work with stakeholders to promote business updates, employee contributions, organizational changes and other topics through storytelling.
• Collect data and develop reports using information gathered through research and review of applicable tools and methods.
• Assist with virtual and in‑person events as needed.

What You’ll Need:

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or English, or a closely related required
• Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2027) or prior Bell internship experience
• 3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA strongly preferred
• Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1, 2027 – August 6, 2027
